“NAC worked with Engineering Harmonics to develop a plan to incorporate permanent remote controlled cameras in all of our venues. It was imperative to have the infrastructure to be able to add and control multiple additional cameras on an as required basis and be able to easily scale up to more complex production needs. The supplied controllers needed to be intuitive for the end user as these would be handled by many different technicians throughout the facility.

RCT was recommended as a Canadian based company that met all of the requirements and being local would be able to aid with future support and upgrades as required.

Key features were:

-          Intuitive operation

-          Able to handle at least 12 PTZ cameras simultaneously

-          Network control of our Panasonic AW series cameras

-          Desktop workstation

We have been impressed with RCT’s commitment to our project, sending staff onsite to work with our AV integration team to ensure that all was working as required. Our RCT CS-1 units have been easy for our staff to learn and operate. RCT has shown willingness to work with us to develop further upgrades to work with a wider variety of cameras and we look forward to continuing our ongoing positive working relationship with them in the future.”
